Delivery is made within Germany and to the following EU countries:

Shipping costs (including VAT)
Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
From an order value of €149.99, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Austria, France, Denmark, Sweden, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.99 per order.
From an order value of €299.99, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Netherlands, Czech Republic:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.99 per order.
From an order value of €299.99, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.99 per order.
From an order value of €299.99, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Finland, Greece (excluding islands), Portugal (excluding islands), Italy (excluding islands), Spain (excluding islands), and Ireland (excluding islands):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €15.99 per order.
From an order value of €349.99, we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-3 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
Shipping times in the EU:
Austria: 3-4 business days delivery time
France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-4 business days delivery time
Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Czech Republic: 3-4 business days delivery time
Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary: 3-5 business days delivery time
Italy (excluding islands), Spain (excluding islands), Ireland (excluding islands), Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland: 4-6 business days delivery time
Greece (excluding islands), Portugal (excluding islands): 5-7 business days delivery time
Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made other agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
